What You’ll Do:
- Shape the Future: Craft cutting-edge regional procurement strategies for your commodity portfolio, leveraging market insights and data analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead with Vision: Spearhead procurement projects and manage supplier relationships to deliver measurable results and build enduring partnerships.
- Think Strategically: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the overarching goals of North America, tailoring solutions to meet local needs.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Partner with Department Leads, Business Unit Stakeholders, and Regional Buyers to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Drive End-to-End Excellence: Oversee procurement from purchase initiation to final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness every step of the way.
- Innovate Together: Work closely with Product Sourcing Managers and project teams to execute sourcing strategies that fuel innovation.
- Shape Regional Growth: Collaborate with the Regional President and business leaders to craft strategies, including make-or-buy decisions, that enhance competitiveness and profitability.
- Be the Connector: Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of key supplier relationships, fostering collaboration between North and South America buyers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a strategic leader in international supply chain, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and optimize supplier relationships for long-term value creation.
- Preferred certifications include ISM, CPIM, CPM, VCA, APICS, CPPB, ISO, ERP, PMP, MRP.
- A Bachelor's or University Degree in Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Technical field, Education, Business School, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Associates, or Management is typically required.
